The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price is inclusive excluding the cost of delivery unless otherwise stated. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.eg UK orders and international orders have different fees and delivery times. Sale items A sale item will of been for sale at a higher prices for at least 28 days. Sales items end when one of the following occur. the Sale items are all sold or when we end the sale. The Sale will run until we end it unless otherwise stated

We will arrange for the delivery of the products you order to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. We ship items to the registered card holders address for all new customers. We are able to ship to an alternate address for any further orders,This is for card security reasons to prevent fraudalent use of your card. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges. Which are the actual postage costs plus the cost of packing and processing your order and our costs do process this. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing/email within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Delivery times vary considerably depending on your mail option and the country you live,(see website for specific product delivery times) allow upto 28 days for delivery.
Our postal carrier is contracted to deliver your orders any loss or damaged will be subject to their claims precedure, which can take upto 30 days to process.
8. Cancelling Orders You may cancel your order by notifying us via mail or email (not by phone )at any time up to 7 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your name, email address and your item number and give the reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us.(contact us for a RMA Number) The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense and unopend and resellable. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service and proof of posting. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
Your right to cancel for special order items is limited. eg custom order products excluded from the right to cancel.
You may return your product within 14 days of delivery subject to the following conditions. You the buyer agree to return the products at your cost in all cases. (except.see notes:) You may return the item because they are damaged eg container damage at your cost, if on inspection this is confirmed your postage costs will be refunded and a replacement or a refund given.
If you ordered an item by mistake you may return it for a replacement item subject to the conditions listed above. We will not refund postage costs in this case.
We obtain proof of posting for all our orders, and non delivery of items affects less than 1% of all orders. The mail company we use have a 14 day waiting limit from day of dispatch to allow them to attempt to deliver your item. All claims for loss are subject to an insurance claim procedure from the mail carrier. Their is a claims procedure for not delivered and damaged items.
The claims procedure takes upto 30 days and upto 60 for international claims.
The claim processing is adminstered via the mail carrier ,we have no control over the time taken to process your claim for loss or damage.
Refunds take upto 30 days to process subject to the conditions above, refunds are via the original payment method.
